KSR-NEW MONITORY VALUES-AMENDMENT

ഈയ്യിടെ ഇറങ്ങിയ സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് GO(P)No79-2021-FinDated01-06-2021 ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുമല്ലോ. ഇതിൽ താഴെ പറയുന്ന ചട്ടങ്ങളിലെ സാമ്പത്തിക വിലകൾക്കാണ് മാറ്റം വരുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. എന്നാൽ ഈ ചട്ടങ്ങൾ മാത്രം പറഞ്ഞതിനാൽ കാര്യം മനസ്സിലാക്കാൻ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുള്ളവർക്കായി കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ ഇതാ

ഉത്തരവിലെ പ്രസക്ത ഭാഗം

1.In clause (a) of Rule 90-A, the limit of Rs, 68,700/-, Rs. 24,045/-, Rs. 13,740/- will be enhanced to Rs. 95,600/- .Rs. 33,460/-, Rs. 19,120/- respectively. 
 
2.In the Exception below Rule 93, the limit of Rs. 35,700/- will be enhanced to Rs. 50,200/- In clause (b) of Rule 103, the limit of Rs, 27,800/- will be enhanced to Rs. 39,300/-
 
3.In clause (i) of Rule 1 under section II of Appendix VII, the limit of Rs. 30,700/- will be enhanced to Rs. 43,400/-


1.എക്സ് ഗ്രേഷ്യ പെൻഷൻ -സ.ഉ 93/20 /ഫിൻ തീ. 08/07/20 പ്രകാരം മാറ്റം വരുത്തിയ ഉത്തരവ് ഇപ്പോൾ ഇങ്ങനെ വായിക്കാം-Government are now pleased to extend the benefit of Exgratia allowance under Rule 90 A, Part I, the Kerala Service Rules, to those employees who are drawing a basic pay not exceeding Rs. 95,600/- The Ex-gratia allowance so admissible will be 35 % of the basic pay subject to a maximum of Rs. 33,460/-and a minimum of Rs.19,120/ per mensem, subject to other conditions therein.

2.അർദ്ധവേതനാവധി-Leave salary of Non-Gazetted Officer whose pay does not exceed Rs.50200/-[w.e.f 01/07/2019],shall be half pay and dearness allowance of full pay salay, subject to a minimum of sixty-five percent of the pay and dearness allowance while on duty. The excess over the actual leave salary in such cases shall be termed as special leave allowance.This shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st July 2019 [Rule 93 Exception]


3.ആശുപത്രി അവധി


Hospital leave granted to officers of the following classes while under medical treatment for illness or injury, if such illness or injury is directly due to risks incurred in the course of their official duties [Rule 103]

Police Officers of rank not higher than that of Head Constable and Fire Service Personnel of and below the rank of Leading Fireman, including Driver, Mechanics and Fireman Drivers.
 
Forest subordinates, other than clerks in receipt of pay not exceeding Rs. 39300 [w.e.f from 01/07/2019]


4.പ്രത്യേക ആകസ്മികാവധി -സെക്ഷൻ 2

SPECIAL CASUAL LEAVE  . Special Casual leave not counted against ordinary causal leave may be granted to an officer in the following circumstances : (i) When he is ordered by the head of his office to absent himself from duty on the certificate of a medical officer or sanitary authority on account of the presence of infectious disease in his residence provided no substitute is appointed and no extra cost to Government is involved. If, however, a substitute is necessary,ordinary leave debitable to the leave account of the officer should be granted. The grant of special casual leave involving the appointment of substitute in all other cases requires the sanction of Government;which will be accorded only when the absence is for less than 30 days and the subordinate concerned draws a pay of less than 43,400/- per mensem, and has no ordinary leave to his credit. (This amendment shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st July2009)
